Welcome along Franz. Not very busy here these days, everyone must be in those pools you mentioned, the ones with cool cool water.

Your stated interests appear to coincide with mine. Mine are explicitly the development of  enterprise cultures, the link between innovation (technical and organisational) and entrepreneurship, esp in the context of regional economic development.  You may like to take a look at the article of mine that was uploaded to the SIG area a few weeks ago. You should get it from here.  http://www.knowledgeboard.com/open_groups/cso/
The paper begins with a statement about the need for a new paradigmatic framework for understanding the nature of technology and innovation. The article argues that a new paradigm will come from systems theories of living (not currently part of the mainstream of complexity science but will come to be so, in my opinion), such as the biology of cognition by Maturana and Varela and also the new theory of psychology by Timo Jarvilehto http://cc.oulu.fi/~tjarvile/indexe.htm he calls the organism-environment system theory. The article mixes KM with Tech Man and innovation, complex adaptive systems and cultural spaces. All interesting stuff but, as I say, not mainstream complexity thinking. Other articles available on the theme, are available should you be interested, including one on the relationship between emotioning ( a factor in both Maturana's Jarvilehto's theories) and , foundational knowledge, the knowledge required to start a new enterprise.
