[Kb-complexity] somewhat new to complexity science as it relates to organizations?

Hi,

 

This is the first SIG I have ever joined.  I’m looking forward to see what this experience is like.  I am currently a doctoral student in San Francisco studying Organization & Leadership.  I just finished a class about the applications of complexity science to organizational creativity.  Fascinating.  A few sites that helped orient me to complexity science as it relates to organizations are below.  I am looking forward to the exchange of ideas.
